why i built impact enablement

I believe enablement is one of the most underleveraged growth levers in B2B SaaS.

And I've spent my career proving it.

I started as a high school physics teacher. Turns out, understanding how people actually learn is the foundation of everything I do now. After a decade leading enablement at companies like Salesforce and Bazaarvoice including a global function supporting 300+ revenue team members, I founded Impact Enablement to help B2B SaaS revenue leaders build the systems that turn potential into performance.
